do it yourself.
Make your own iced tea
Making iced tea yourself is actually too simple for words. You make strong tea from herbs / tea that you like, let it cool down, add sugar (preferably not) or honey (better) and a handful of ice cubes. And if you have some freshly picked herbs too.
Below I describe my favorite recipe:
Brew green tea, elderflower and spearmint tea from Gunpowder. Remove the water from the stove and let it cool slightly to 60 to 80 ° C first, because if it is too hot the herbs will become bitter (especially green tea). Let the herbs steep for a long time so that it becomes a strong tea.
Add organic flower honey and if you have (and I have at the moment) fresh lemon verbena and peppermint. The amount depends a bit on your taste and which herbs you choose. you can also choose a different mint or lavender, lemon balm, thyme, rosemary, etc.
Just try out some flavors! And enjoy!
If you have any questions about it, please let me know! Cindy
