Are you full? At this point, what makes it feel that the bucket is (almost) overflowing? What is or was the last straw? First, take some time today (or this week or a month if you need to) to digest what's left on your plate. Or better: on your stomach. De-stress consciously today. Consciously breathe in and out. Even if that is only once an hour. Don't take on new stress. First solve what needs to be solved now. Because when you tidy yourself up, space is created for the new.
