THE MESSAGE FOR YOU TODAY

Today you may receive. Because you have given so much. Can you? Received. Take some of my love. Take a little more. Really, I have enough for everyone and certainly for you. Take the love of Mother Earth, fill yourself up with it. Take the Love of the Universe. There is plenty. Enough for everyone. More than enough for you. Don't give anything away. Except that which is not yours, that which does not serve you. Get it now. Close your eyes and imagine yourself completely surrounded by Love energy. It is soft pink and you open up to this pink energy. You breathe it in. You fill your whole body, every cell, bones, circulation, organs, your heart. Everything. Yummy!

If you give away too much of yourself and you expect something in return (which does not always happen), sooner or later you will run out. You're up. You lose your flexibility and become hardened. Mallow teaches you to give from your heart. If you give from the heart, you will receive back from the heart. That is unconditional giving and receiving. That is the flow that you are allowed to feel and experience. Mallow softens and helps you relax.
