Stinging Nettle Urtica dioica
THE MESSAGE FOR YOU TODAY
Take a look at where you can positively stimulate yourself and / or others. Not too much. But don't hold back either. See if you can light your fire without getting heated. Feel it in your stomach, slightly above your belly button, getting warmer ... turning on.
You are fiery and you have to get rid of that fire! Don't hold it, but don't let it burn what you love. If you keep your fire inside, you will burn yourself up. If you throw it out uncontrollably, you may hit others in a way you don't want to. Irritation can be inward or outward. Or both. If you know how to let go of the irritation, you can let your fire energy flow quietly. Then your enthusiasm can find a way out.
Nettle has stinging hairs that sting and itch. This is the fire. It has ineradicable roots and is therefore a grounded herb and increases resistance. It moves your energy like water can. Nettle is connected to the elements. Earth (sand) and water can both extinguish the fire but also provide a safe bed for it to burn. If you want to be able to let your fire (3rd chakra) burn, you need to have water (2nd chakra) and earth (1st chakra) in good order.
